Order status explained
| Status | What is happening |

| Packed | The vials are packed and ready for Australia Post. |
| Dispatched | The parcel has been lodged and the tracking number has been emailed to you. |
| Delivered | Australia Post has recorded the parcel as delivered. Move the vials to the fridge once you have them. |
When will the tracking email arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm on a business day are posted that same day, and the tracking email goes out when the parcel is lodged.
Cannot find the dispatch email?
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. The form on this page will also display the tracking number for any order that has been dispatched.
Reading Australia Post tracking
A brand new tracking number often shows only that shipping details have been received. That is normal on the day of posting: the first real scan happens when the parcel reaches a sorting facility, usually that night or the next morning. From then on you will see it move between facilities, go out for delivery, and be delivered or left for collection at a post office or parcel locker.
Standard post usually takes about 3 business days from dispatch and express about 1 business day. Regional and remote deliveries can take longer. See our delivery times and costs for the details.
Late, lost or damaged?
If tracking has stalled for several business days, or the parcel shows as delivered but is not there, email us with your order number within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and keep you posted. For anything that arrived broken, send photos as well and see our refund and replacement policy.
