Refund and Returns Policy for Research Peptide Orders

If we send the wrong product, a vial breaks on the way, or a parcel goes missing, we fix it with a replacement or a refund. What we cannot do is take back sound products because someone has changed their mind. This page sets out where that line sits and how to lodge a claim.

Why change of mind returns are not accepted

Once a vial has left our hands, we have no way to know how it was stored, whether it sat in a hot letterbox, or whether the seal was tampered with. Putting a returned vial back on the shelf would mean selling another researcher a product with an unknown history. So after dispatch, products that are not faulty cannot be returned for a change of mind refund. If you want to stop an order, the cancellation section below is the place to start.

Situations where we replace or refund

Contact us and we will put it right if any of the following happens:

  • the product or size in the parcel is not what you ordered;
  • a vial reaches you cracked, leaking, or with its seal broken;
  • Australia Post loses the parcel; or
  • the product does not agree with the certificate of analysis for the lot printed on its label.

You can choose a replacement or your money back.

Making a claim: the 7 day window

Claims need to reach us within 7 days of delivery. For a parcel that never turned up, the 7 days run from the expected delivery date instead. Follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Say which product is affected and copy the lot number from the vial label.
  3. Attach clear photos: the outer box, the inner packing and the vial itself.
  4. Hold on to the product and all packaging until we have confirmed the outcome. We may ask for the item to be sent back.

We respond to every claim within two business days. Photos taken on the day of delivery make the process much quicker, so it is worth opening parcels promptly.

Checking a purity concern first

If the issue is about quality rather than damage, compare the lot number on your vial with the matching report in our COA library before writing to us. Our guide to reading a certificate of analysis explains what each figure means, and including both numbers in your email saves a round of back and forth.

Cancelling before dispatch

An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before it is posted. Because orders paid before 3pm on a business day usually go out that same afternoon, the window can be short, so email us the moment you decide. Once a parcel is with the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

How and when refunds are paid

We do not take card payments, so refunds go back by bank transfer to the account the payment came from. Approved refunds are normally processed within five business days of approval. Allow a few extra days for your bank to show the money.

The Australian Consumer Law

The goods we sell come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and those guarantees cannot be excluded. Where there is a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, plus compensation for any other loss or damage that was reasonably foreseeable. Where goods are not of acceptable quality but the failure is not major, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced. This policy sits alongside those rights and does not reduce them.

Shipping times and costs are covered on the delivery information page.
