Peptide Delivery Australia: Shipping Times and Costs
AminoBlend ships research peptides from stock already held in Australia, using Australia Post with tracking on every parcel. Pay before 3pm on a business day and the order leaves with us that afternoon. There are two delivery options, both priced flat, and no free shipping threshold.

The price is the same whether the cart holds one vial or ten, and you see it at checkout before the order is placed. Transit times are the estimates Australia Post publishes, counted from the day the parcel is lodged rather than the day you ordered. They are a guide, not a promise.
Which option makes sense?
For most metro orders, standard post is the better value: three business days is a short wait for lyophilised powder, which sits comfortably at room temperature for that long. Express earns its $17 premium when a study start date is fixed and the parcel needs to land tomorrow. If you live well outside a capital city, check the express estimate on the Australia Post site first, because the gap between the two services narrows in regional areas.

Regional and remote addresses
We post to every state and territory. Parcels heading to regional towns and remote communities often take longer than the estimates above, because they pass through more sorting facilities. Plan around that if the delivery is time sensitive.
Packing and what to do on arrival
Vials are packed so they cannot knock against each other in transit. Freeze-dried peptide is stable through ordinary domestic delivery times, so no ice packs are used. Once the parcel is in your hands, refrigerate the vials at 2 to 8 °C straight away, or freeze them at minus 20 °C if they will sit unopened for months. Tracking numbers
When your parcel is lodged, we email the Australia Post tracking number to the address used at checkout. Follow it on Australia Post or on our track your order page. A new tracking number may show no movement until the first facility scan, which usually happens that evening or the following morning.
Delivery address mistakes
Check the street, suburb and postcode before you place the order. Spot an error? Email us straight away: we can fix it while the order is still with us, but once Australia Post has the parcel we are unable to redirect it.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If a parcel has not shown up, or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Email our support team with your order number and photos of any damage to the box or vials. We raise the matter with Australia Post and, where a parcel was lost or damaged on the way to you, we replace the goods or refund them. The full process is on our refunds and returns page.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the products can legally be received at the delivery address. All products are sold for laboratory research only, as set out in our research use policy.

How Is an AminoBlend Order Packed?
Vials are packed so the glass cannot knock together, inside an outer box that keeps light off the lyophilised powder. No ice packs go in, because freeze-dried peptide holds up well at room temperature over normal domestic transit times.
When Does a Parcel Leave Our Australian Stock?
Stock is already held in Australia, so nothing waits on customs. An order ready before 3pm on a business day is lodged with Australia Post that same afternoon. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays go out the next business day.
Standard or Express: Which Australia Post Service Fits?
- Standard tracked post costs $12 and usually takes about 3 business days after lodging.
- Express tracked post costs $29 and usually takes about 1 business day.
- Both prices are flat per order, and there is no free shipping threshold.
- Regional and remote addresses can take longer than either estimate.
How Does Parcel Tracking Work After Lodging?
Once Australia Post has the box, we email its tracking number to the checkout address. You can follow it on the Australia Post site or on our order tracking page. A fresh number often shows nothing until the first facility scan, usually that evening or the next morning, so a blank result on day one is normal.
What Should You Do When the Parcel Arrives?
Open the box, count the vials against your order confirmation, and check each label for the product name, strength and lot number. Then move the vials to refrigeration at 2 to 8 °C, or to minus 20 °C storage for longer holding, as set out in the peptide storage guide.
What If a Parcel Is Late, Lost or Damaged?
Email our support team or use the contact form within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We take the claim up with Australia Post and replace or refund goods lost or damaged in transit. Keep the outer box and any broken vials until the claim is settled.
